Beautiful pictures taken by the astro-photographer Daniel López at the Izaña Observatory last February 4th after the snow and rime storm

On February 3 and 4, 2018, the astro-photographer Daniel López from “El Cielo de Canarias” (www.elcielodecanarias.com) was hosted at the Izaña Observatory to make a report about the last snowstorm at the end of January and the beginning of February. The result was this series of magnificent and beautiful photographs that we want to share with all of you.

The collaboration of the Izaña Atmospheric Research Center with Daniel López is permanent and is carried out through the Teide-Lab project (Teide Cloud Laboratory) co-funded by Teide Cable Car (https://www.volcanoteide.com/es) within the framework of which we have two cameras of “El Cielo de Canarias” at the Izaña Observatory.
